In order to receive an IMAV-2015 invitation letter for a visa application, please follow the steps below:

 

Step 1 :Register and pay the IMAV-2015 conference fee.
Step 2 :Send to Öffnet ein Fenster zum Versenden der E-Maildgon.bonn(at)t-online.de the following information:
  • Family name, First name
  • Date of birth
  • Company / Organisation
  • Postal address
  • Country
  • Passport number, Passport expiration date

Step 3 :Invitation letters will be sent by email and by post (if necessary).
