Registration

All delegates including authors, team members, chairpersons, exhibitors are requested to complete the registration on the IMAV 2015 web page.

Fees (Conference and Flight Competition)

The conference fees are depicted on the registration page.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations received prior to 14 August 2015 the fee will be refunded, deduction 40 € handling charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 14 August 2015. The registration may be transferred.

Technical Exhibition

Equipment / systems available or in development with respect to the topics of the symposium maybe demonstrated and / or displayed during the conference.
Interested companies, institutes or organizations who wish to exhibit or demonstrate may request further information from the German Institute of Navigation

Symposium Proceedings

Proceedings will be prepared within 3 weeks after the conference and published on the DGON web page. All participants will have access with a password.

All authors / presenters are therefore requested to provide the documentation (full papers, presentations) to the conference coordinator by email.
