INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION
In order to facilitate visa procedures for certain participating teams, registration and payment deadlines are extended until AUGUST, 29th, 2017
Registration fees
General fees (including banquet) : 600 euros
Student (including banquet) : 310 euros
Student (banquet not included) : 250 euros
Extra ticket for banquet : 60 euros
NOTE: Registration fees includes lunch from September, 18 to 21st, 2017
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO ROOM CAPACITY AND LOGISTIC ISSUES, THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS WILL BE LIMITED TO 250.
Consequently, registration is subject to a « first-come, first-serve » policy.
Registrants unable to attend the event are not eligible for a refund of conference fees.
