Technical Exhibition
Manufacturers and developers of equipment, components, software, and services complementing the topics of the conference are invited to display state-of-the-art products. The exhibition will be staged in the center of the conference area. Allocation of exhibition spaces will be done on first-come, first-serve basis.

Fees include rental of the exhibition space for the duration of the conference and the conference fee for one person which includes
- Reception Town Hall Braunschweig
- Conference lunches
- Soft drinks and coffee during the conference breaks
- Conference banquet and
- one copy of the conference documentation
Insurance
The exhibitor will be responsible for losses or damages caused by himself or his employees. It is incumbent upon the exhibitor to arrange for a special insurance. The organisation office has the right to demand proof of the insurance. To prevent damage to walls, any fixing of decoration material or other objects must be approved. The exhibitor must ensure that all exhibition and decoration material meets the requirements of the fire authorities; in case of doubt the organisation has the right to damand confirmation from the responsible fire department.
